Verification of a soundproofing mat

System tasks

The purpose of the system is to control the presence of technological holes in automotive soundproofing mats.

During the analysis, the system additionally verifies the presence of elements placed on the mats, such as Velcro or labels. The technology used allows for analysis regardless of the color of the mat.

Detailed information about detected defects sent to the PLC allows necessary corrections to be made in the production process,
