System tasks

The task of the system is to control the correctness of punching technological holes in a sheet of material. If a defect is detected, the vision system displays a message indicating that the material is not punched correctly and stops the machine.

Software features

  • Supporting the operator’s work in detecting defects and damage to cut work pieces,
  • Detailed information about detected irregularities sent to the PLC allows necessary corrections to be made in the production process,
  • Full visualization and archiving of analysis results with the possibility of later review.

The LT System manages the visualization and operation of the vision system for the punched formats on a specially supplied industrial PC with a 15” monitor.
