The system controls the correct position of the silicone on the engine block surface. The application’s main task is to quickly detect irregularities in order to eliminate specimens on which the silicone applied does not meet the quality requirements.
Control takes place by means of cameras which, together with lighting, are mounted in the silicone application station. The image analysis and result are presented on the panel computer screen. The application enables full archiving of analysis results.
